  1. Back Squat 4x4 at 90% 1RM
    Every 2 minutes on the minute 
  2. Complete as many rounds as possible in 7 mins of:
    5 Box Jumps, 30/24 in
    3 Cleans, 225/155 lbs
  3. + Every 1 min for 15 mins, alternating between:
    Bench Press, 0.75x bodyweight, 45 secs
    Assault Bike Calories, 45 secs
    Strict Pull-up, 45 secs
    * all for max reps in :45 seconds
