  1. Back Squat 3x3 at 95% 1RM
    A new set every 2 minutes
  2. 21-15-9 reps, for time of:
    Deadlift, 225/155 lbs
    Overhead Squat, 135/95 lbs
  3. + Every 1 min for 15 mins, alternating between:
    Double Under, 50 secs
    Bench Press (close grip), 155/105 lbs, 30 secs
    Ring Row, 50 secs
    *All for max reps
