  1. Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 mins of:
    3 Front Squats, 40% 1RM
    3 Bar Facing Burpees
    6 Front Squats, 40% 1RM
    6 Bar Facing Burpees
    9 Front Squats, 40% 1RM
    9 Bar Facing Burpees
    12 Front Squats, 40% 1RM
    12 Bar Facing Burpees
    15 Front Squats, 40% 1RM
    15 Bar Facing Burpees
    *Contiue adding three reps to each movement until time is called
  2. + Hang Squat Clean 5-5-5-5-5

    Use the heaviest weight you can for each set.
    Rest as needed between sets.
