    A new set every :90 
  2. 21-15-9 reps, for time of:
    Deadlift, 225/155 lbs
    Burpee (Bar Facing)
  3. Strict Press 2-2-2-2-2-2

    Use the heaviest weight you can for each set.
    Rest as needed between sets.
