1. Strength:

Squat cleans 3-3-3-3-3-3

Build across each set to a heavy three; drop and re set after each rep

Rest two minutes between sets

 

2. Metcon:

Death by Burpee box jump overs (30/24)

1 BBJ on minute 1

2 BBJ on minute 2

And so on, adding one rep each minute until you can’t complete the required reps in a minute
