    15 calorie assault bike
    15 calorie row
    30 walking lunges
    30 air squats
    30 ab mat sit-ups
    Rest 2 minutes between rounds 

    Each round choose a different order for your movements. Each is up to you. Always start the round with a new movement! Let’s have some fun with this one!
