  1. Core conditioning- 3 rounds not for time of:
    20 Russian Twists
    Max L-sit hold
    10 V-ups
  2. Metcon- With a continuously running clock perform: 2 Db Snatch Alternating Arms, 50/35 lbs and 2 Box Jumps, 24/20 in in the first 1 min 4 Db Snatch Alternating Arms, 50/35 lbs and 4 Box Jumps, 24/20 in in the second 1 min 6 Db Snatch Alternating Arms, 50/35 lbs and 6 Box Jumps, 24/20 in in the third 1 min ... Continuing this for as long as you are able.
  3. + Metcon- 3 rounds for time of:
    10 Deadlifts, 315/225 lbs
    45 ft Farmer Carry, pick load
    45 ft Handstand Walk
    Max Strict Handstand Push-up
    *Walk to the wall- straight into HSPU
  4. + Running grinds- For time:
    7 rounds of: Run, 40 secs Walk, 20 secs
    --Rest 3 mins--  
    7 rounds of: Run, 40 secs Walk, 20 secs
