  1. Monostructural conditioning- Every 1 min for 12 mins, alternating between:
    20/15 Row Calories
    20/15 Bike Calories
    Rest 1 min
    *If you don't make the RX cals- bump down 2 cals per set
  2. Metcon- Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 mins of:
    5 Toes-to-bars
    3 Bar Muscle-ups
    1 Snatch, 80% 1RM
  3. + Barbell cycling- 6 sets of:
    1 Power Clean + 1 Push Jerk + 1 Jerk (climbing)
  4. + Metcon- Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 mins of:
    15 Triple Unders/ 45 Double unders/ 90 Single Unders
    15 Kettlebell Thrusters, 53/35 lbs
