    10 Seated Pike Leg Raises (alternate over a KB)
    ME Hollow Hold
    20 Weighted Sit-ups (w/ plate, straight legs, slow count down) 
  2. Metcon- 12-9-6-3 reps, for time of:
    Power Snatch, 135/95 lbs
    Bar Muscle-up
  3. + Running conditioning- 10x1:30 Run 1:00 Walk
