  1. Gymnastic conditioning- 5x40% ME Muscle-ups/Dips (if you dig ring or bar, keep it the same) 
    *If you did less than 2 MU or your % is less than 2- then do 15 MU for time, work on rings after if Bar and no ring
  2. Metcon- With a continously running clock perform:
    1 Wall Ball, 30/20 lbs and 1 Deadlift, 185/125 lbs in the first 1 min
    2 Wall Balls, 30/20 lbs and 2 Deadlifts, 185/125 lbs in the second 1 min
    3 Wall Balls, 30/20 lbs and 3 Deadlifts, 185/125 lbs in the third 1 min ...
    Continuing this for as long as you are able
  3. + Barbell- Snatch 3-3-3-3-3 (climbing)
    + Bent Over Barbell Row 5x5 at 70% 1RM (snatch grip)
  4. + Metcon- 100 Assault Bike Cals for time, 20 Double unders at the top of each minute- except the first
