  1. Barbell conditioning- Power Clean 10-8-6-4-2 at 60% of 3RM Clean and Jerk (from week 2)
  2. Metcon- 2 rounds for time of:
    30 Hand Release Push-Ups
    30 Hang Power Snatches, 75/55 lbs
    30 Box Jumps, 24/20 in
  3. + Gymnastic strength- 
    Work to a 5RM Deficit HSPU
    Work to a Max Weighted Strict Pull-up
