    10 Partner Leg raises
    ME L sit hold from Pull-up bar
  2. Metcon- Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 mins of:
    2 Snatches, 70% 1RM
    10 Lateral Burpee Over Barbells
    4 Clean & Jerks
    10 Lateral Burpee Over Barbells
  3. + Running conditioning- 4x4 minute Run/ 3 minute walk
