  1. Gymnastic conditioning- 2xME Toes-to-bar 2xME Muscle-up/ Ring dip
    *Alternate movements, 2 minutes between efforts
  2. Metcon- Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 mins of:
    20 Power Snatches, 75/55 lbs
    10 Burpee Pull-ups
  3. + Barbell- Establish 2RM Hang Snatch (below knee)
  4. + Handstand walk conditioning- 180 ft Handstand Walk
    *At the top of every minute- 30 Double Unders
