    50 Burpee Box Jump Overs, 24/20 inches
    *At the top of every minute (except the first) 3 Wall Balls
  3. + Accessory EMOM- Every 1 min for 12 mins, alternating between:
    12 Med Ball Ghd Sit Ups
    4 Bench Press (225/155)
