1. Gymnastics conditioning-
   5x40% ME Toes-to-bar *rest as needed

2. Metcon-
Complete as many reps as possible in 12 minutes of:
40 Double Unders
2 Squat Snatches (115/75)
2 Bar facing Burpees

* Continue to do 40 double unders each round but add 2 reps to the SS and BFB every round

+ 3. Every :30 for 10 Minutes-
  1 Hang Snatch @ 75% 1RM
