  1. Core conditioning- 3 rounds not for time of:
    Right Side Plank, 30 secs
    Left Side Plank, 30 secs
    10 Strict Toes To Bars (slow and controlled down)
  2. Metcon- For time:
    30 Power Cleans, 225/145 lbs
    100 Double Unders
    15 Front Squats, 225/145 lbs
    100 Double Unders
  3. + Running conditioning-
    4x1 min on :45 walk
    3x:40 sec on :30 walk
    2x:20 sec on :15 walk
    *Goal is to increase pace from one set of intervals to the next (1 min- 75% :40 sec 85% :20 sec 95%)
