  1. Gymnastic conditioning- 5x40% ME Pull-up (from week 1) 
    *If less than 5- do 30 for time
  2. Metcon- 3 rounds for time of:
    10 Push Jerks, 155/105 lbs
    8 Burpee Box Jump Overs, 24/20 in
    Run, 600 m
  3. + Barbell work- 
    Work to a heavy double Snatch Balance (from the rack)
    Snatch Grip RDL (80/5)x3
  4. + Metcon- Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 mins of:
    10 Assault Bike Calories
    10 Row Calories
    10 Dumbbell Hang Squat Cleans, 50/35 lbs
