  1. Gymnastics Conditioning
    3x70% Muscle-ups
    Use maxes from test week
  2. Metcon
    Complete as many reps as possible in 20 minutes of- 
    7 Knees-to-elbow
    max rep handstand pushup
    7 Deadlifts (225/155) 
    * go for an UB set of HSPU each round, once you come off the wall your set ends
  3. + EMOM 10
    5 TnG Power Cleans
    Use 50% for first five sets and 60% for last five
