  1. Core Conditioning
    3 rounds not for time- 
    20 V-ups
    20 Single Leg KB deadlifts (alternate every 10) 
  2. Metcon
    complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes- 
    2 Muscle-ups
    4 Handstand Push-ups
    8 Kettlebell Swings  (70/53) 
  3. + 5X600m runs every five minutes on the five minutes
    Perform each on a 5 minute clock. Rest with any time left over in the 5 minute windows
