    Complete as many rounds as possible in 9 mins of:

          6 DB Snatch . (50/35)

           6 DB Lunges (50/35) 

          30 Double Unders

  1. + Every 1 minute for 12 minutes alternating between- 
    3 Close grip bench press (choose load; heavy) 
    Legless Rope Climbs
    *Goal for Climbs is to get 2+ each minute, scale to regular climbs if needed.
