    2 Rounds Of Cindy
    10 Clean & Jerks, 135/95 lbs
    * a round of Cindy = 5 Pull-ups/10 Push-ups/15 air squat

  3. + Tabata L Sit Hold
    Tabata Glute Ham Raise
    Tabata Hollow Hold

    The Tabata interval is 20 secs of work followed
    by 10 secs of rest for 8 intervals.
    Tabata score is the total reps performed in all of the intervals.
