    Back Squat 6x4 at 80% 1RM
    A new Set every 2 minutes
  2. Metcon
    3 rounds for time of:
    50 Double Unders
    5 Snatches, 70% 1RM
    15 Box Jump Overs, 24/20 lbs
  3. + Every 1 min for 10 mins, alternating between:
    Bench Press, 40% 1RM, 45 secs
    Banded Tricep Extension, 45 secs
