    Row (Calories) 
    Burpees
    Double Unders
    Rest
    2. + For Time- 
    50-40-30-20-10
    Walking Lunges
    25-20-15-10-5
    GHD Sit-ups
    5-4-3-2-1
    Muscle ups
    Perform this like a chipper completing 50 WL-25 GHD- 5 MU then go down the ladder (40/20/4; 30/15/3 etc.)
