  2. PM Session
    Squat Snatch 3x1 at 85% of 1RM
    Rest 1:30 between sets.
  3. Squat Snatch 3x1 at 90% 1RM
    Rest 1:30 between sets.
  4. Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 mins of:
    3 Burpee Box Jump Overs, 24/20 in
    3 Ground-to-overheads, 115/75 lbs
    6 Burpee Box Jump Overs, 24/20 in
    6 Ground-to-overheads, 115/75 lbs
    9 Burpee Box Jump Overs, 24/20 in
    9 Ground-to-overheads, 115/75 lbs
    12 Burpee Box Jump Overs, 24/20 in
    12 Ground-to-overheads, 115/75 lbs
    15 Burpee Box Jump Overs, 24/20 in
    15 Ground-to-overheads, 115/75 lbs
    Continue adding 3 reps to each movement until time is up
  5. + Each for time:
    Run: 5x 400 m
    1:1 work/rest
