    Tabata Dumbbell Snatch, 50/35 lbs
    Tabata Row Calories
    Tabata Dumbbell Push Press, 50/35 lbs

    The Tabata interval is 20 secs of work followed
    by 10 secs of rest for 8 intervals.
    Tabata score is the total reps performed in all of the intervals

PM Session

  1. Deadlift 2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2

    Use the heaviest weight you can for each set.
    Rest as needed between sets.

  2. Nasty Girls
    3 rounds for time of:
    50 Air Squats
    7 Muscle Ups
    10 Hang Power Cleans, 135/95 lbs

  3. +3 rounds for time of:
    25 GHD Sit-ups
    15 L-Sit Pull-Ups
